Microsoft Outlook Sync
Outlook Sync is our newest feature and it provides a behind-the-scenes way to keep your Microsoft Outlook current with your PropertyPort data.
We have taken 3 core sync features and included them as sync options:
- Sync Actions – actions created on PropertyPort will show up in outlook. Updates in either outlook or Property Port will automatically update the other.
- Sync Contacts – A configurable list of contacts will be synced from PropertyPort to outlook. You can easily define which contacts will sync from/to a user's outlook.
- Email Creation Notes - Email's sent to PropertyPort contact will have the option to add a note in PropertyPort for that contact.
