Inventory Management
The inventory management aspect of PropertyPort allows a property to take control of their sponsorship program and insure the greatest return on their assets. The following highlights the Inventory Management features of the application:
- The Import Utilities allow for quick deployment of PropertyPort with all your assets fully loaded
- You can easily define an entire portfolio of assets. Once loaded, a property can easily organize and classify assets into different folders and groups
- Define asset usage into seasons, single or multiple events, pools, etc.
- PropertyPort users can manage descriptions and images for each asset
- A team can obtain feedback regarding asset utilization – Users can see what asset is pending a sale, sold and unsold, which insures no duplication of a sale and no underutilization of an asset
- Assets can easily be exported from the system
